Method
I spent much of my career leading software development teams to delivered solutions. Today I lead an AI team the same way, with the same discipline, and I ship working software with it.
A recent client compliance build went live in four and a half hours, covering the deployment, the API integration, a customer facing form, the test pass, and the written operations guide. The interesting question for a program manager is not whether the tools work. It is what that kind of compression does to an estimate, to a critical path, and to the size of a team. That is the question I bring to a program.
WestVector also designs and manufactures production hardware for the experimental aircraft industry, and migrates small retailers off legacy platforms. That is not a side interest. It is a standing reminder that a schedule is only real if a working product ships at the end of it.
